Too much faulted wine served in tasting rooms?

We visited ten #flxwineries this weekend. They all were enjoyable, but at three of them one of the wines were faulted. (One oxidized and two corked) It was easy to tell on the nose that they were bad, and I wonder how many people think the wine is just something they don’t like.
The better tasting servers smelled and tasted the wines before they poured. I wonder how many sales are lost due to faulted wines at tasting.
