Researcher discovers new grape variety that produces non alcoholic wine!

A major research professor has developed a grape that when fermented produces non alcoholic wine. “It’s a miracle! This grape only attracts a specific type of yeast called Amendment 18 which produces orange juice instead of alcohol” reports Dr Teetotaler. The new variety will be named Volstead. So far only an orange wine has been produced, but Dr Teetotaler is optimistic that other colors can be developed given the right terroir.
